They are truly professional and understanding and always caring. The first person is “Paul”. I mailed in claims forms but also included my personal savings bankbook. When I got home from my errands he had called and said he had my bankbook. I did not even know it was missing. He immediately put it in the mail and I received it today. He is my “hero”. The second person is “Joy”. She was very understanding and caring about some of my claims. She patiently listened to me, gave me directives to follow. She “unscrambled” my dilemma.
